How workshops will be selected

Each workshop submission will be assessed by two reviewers blinded to author names and institutions. Each workshop abstract will be scored from 1 (low) to 5 (high) in four categories:

• Importance, including relevance to the Symposium themes
• Structure, including the potential for active engagement by workshop participants
• Innovation
• Clarity
• Participation of facilitators / presenters from LMICs

You will be notified about acceptance of your workshop submission on or near 30 June 2019. An overview of the Symposium themes is available here.

Registration

All facilitators of accepted workshops will be required to register for and attend the Symposium. The organizers reserve the right to withdraw workshops if facilitators have not registered for the Symposium.
